Coming from Ft. Mill (to China Grove), they arrived right on time. They quickly got to work and by lunch had completed their job, and what a beautiful job they did….So, we hope that you will commend those installers and all involved in our window replacement project for a job VERY WELL DONE. I am writing to commend the effort of both Paul Dozier and Greg Helms. Their help in working within an extremely tight schedule has made my job much easier. As with any home building project, time is of the utmost importance especially when there are only sixty days remaining to complete construction of twenty homes in Cramerton Village. Paul and Greg worked closely with me to schedule the Austin Company insulation crews around both trade and building inspectors. This efficient scheduling made it possible for Ryan Homes to complete several of the townhouse units days earlier than previously anticipated. Greg and Paul should be recognized for their excellent customer service. As a result of their hard work and assistance they have made it possible for the homebuyers to close on time. This helps create satisfied homeowners, which certainly benefits us all. Thank you again for the excellent service.

Thank you for the nice work you did installing the new gutters and downspouts at my home. I am very pleased with the job you did. I wish to especially thank Mel Loflin. The Austin Company did an excellent job of pulling Lot 30 insulation for the electrical inspector. This was a great example of team work in a most difficult situation. All subcontractors should follow this example of going above and beyond what is expected. Excellent service to a grateful customer.

Better Built third party inspector called to say what a great insulation job was done by Austin Company crew on Brentwood Homes Lot 12 Hunter Place. One of the best jobs he has ever seen.
